Lovelady Lovefest – The 37th annual Lovefest will be held Thursday - Saturday, February 7 - 9, 2019 and its theme will be "100% Chance of Lovefest". The Lovefest Queen Coronation will be held in the Lovelady High School Gymnasium on Thursday, February 7, beginning at 7 pm. The Saturday, February 9 activities will begin with the Lovefest Parade, which will start at 10am. The contestants for the Lovefest Barbeque Cook-off will begin setup on Friday, February 8. The cook-off will be held throughout Saturday, February 9, with judging to take place mid to late afternoon. Arts, craft and food booths will be set up around and in the Old Gym all day Saturday. Rounding out the Lovefest activities will be a dance, Saturday evening beginning at 7pm. The dance will be in the Old Lovelady Gym and music provided by Loose Gravel.
Davy Crockett Music and Arts Festival – We invite you join us at the 2019 Davy Crockett Music and Arts Festival. Originally, known as Davy Crockett Days, the Chamber has joined forces with Piney Woods Fine Arts Association to bring Houston County this fun-filled family event. This year’s event will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019. The vendors market will take place from 10am until 5pm with a paid concert on Historic Camp Street after 6pm featuring Wade Bowen.

Crockett Lions Club PRCA Rodeo –The Crockett Lions Club PRCA Rodeo is held in Crockett, Texas at the Porth Ag Arena. It is sanctioned by PRCA.
Piney Woods Fine Arts Association Summer Lightnin’ Series – The Piney Woods Fine Arts present this series of free concerts every Friday night in June at J.B. & Kathryn Sallas Amphitheatre at Arnold Park, Crockett. These shows have something for everyone from blues musicians and rockabilly to Tex-Mex rock-n-roll. Juneteenth Parade – June 19th On the Square in Crockett at 10:00 a.m., followed by official ceremony and introduction of Miss Juneteenth Queens and their courts.
4th of July Parade – On the Square in Downtown Crockett at 10:00 a.m. Sponsored by the Crockett Downtown Beautification Committee. Festivities during parade include homemade ice cream & fruit pie competition, and concession stand with hotdogs and cold drinks.
East Texas Country Music Festival - July 4-6, Enjoy this three-day music festival with the best of Texas country artists. There is non-stop entertainment and food, and campers can enjoy the campground with over 400 RV spots.
Annual 4th of July Boat Parade and Fireworks Display at Houston County Lake – Decorated boat parade. Everyone who has anything that floats can enter, from a canoe to a boat. Prizes from “Most Original through “Best of Show”. $5 entry fee. Large fireworks display with great viewing from your boat or on the shoreline.
